Is there any known way to create relations between Cimplicity classes (or simulate them) like aggregate, association, inheritance?

No, there isn't any way to support what you are referring to. I believe what you are looking for is either being able to extend upon a class or use inheritence. The Cimplicity Classes/Objects are very "loose" classes. They are really only more like templates for similar object structures (ie objects that represent a tank, or a power meter, etc). They really don't have inheritence in them and you cannot base one class on another class.
